Jonathan Chung, OTR/L

Jonathan attended SUNY Stony Brook, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences, and a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. As a licensed occupational therapist, Jonathan served as a staff therapist for a nonprofit facility for five years prior to joining the CareRite Network. He then moved to The Riverside's sister community in Yonkers, NY as the Clinical Rehabilitation Coordinator at Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Jonathan subsequently was led to The Grand Pavilion in Rockville Centre, another CareRite community, to hold the role as the Director of Rehabilitation, before joining the Riverside team. He shared, "My passion is to provide the same level care that I would expect my very own family to receive. My goal is to not only return my patients home but return them stronger than ever before. Over the past year, I would say that I have made a strong, positive impact on the hundreds of lives my staff and I have helped support. I look forward to a new beginning here at The Riverside while continuing the highest standard of care for all."
