Director of Human Resources

Karen brings with her over twenty years Human Resources experience, and she has held progressively responsible positions in Human Resources Management since 1989. Karen’s experience includes management of HR activities to support Employer/Employee Labor relations, Recruitment and Administration of Policies and Collective Bargaining Agreements. Karen has also served as the management’s representative with Collective Bargaining issues, and grievance resolutions. She joined the Grand Pavilion in 2008, and her current responsibilities include Payroll, Human Resources and overseeing Accounts Payable. Karen has her AAS in Business Administration (Queens Borough Community College) and her PHR (Professional in Human Resource Certification).
