Mark joined The Grand Pavilion team in January of 2017 as the Director of Concierge Services. Mark’s vast experience as a mentor in multiple care settings is the foundation of his mission to ensure that the needs of our residents and their loved ones are met. Mark’s unique role as Concierge Director is to work closely with The Grand Pavilion team to provide the Residents and their loved ones with the highest level of customer service and to ensure that the general operation of Resident care is of the highest standard.
