Rebecca is a graduate of Adelphi University's Master of Social Work program. She brings to the community experience in both long and short-term care. Rebecca has extensive knowledge and experience with discharge planning and patient-centered care plans. She understands the value of family support with care discussions and advocating for her residents. Rebecca's warm nature and compassion for her residents makes her a valuable member of our team!
