Christine Young, RN, BSN

Christine attended Central Philippine University and has been in healthcare for 17 years.  What drives her passion for this role is the opportunity to cultivate a patient-centered culture and foster a safe, nurturing environment where residents can truly thrive. Knowing that her efforts directly contribute to their well-being is deeply fulfilling. Equally rewarding is the privilege of mentoring and developing people — watching individuals grow into confident, compassionate champions in their own right fills Christine with an immense sense of pride and accomplishment. Beyond that, this role continuously inspires her through lifelong learning and professional development. The ever-evolving art of caregiving challenges her to grow every single day, and Christine embraces that journey wholeheartedly. When not leading the charge on the floor, In her spare time, she loves to relax and spend quality time with her fur babies. There is nothing better than unwinding at home with them by her side. It’s also her favorite way to decompress and mentally prepare for the upcoming week ahead.
