Dimitry Schwartz, MHA, LNHA, CDN, CDM

Dimitry was born in Ukraine and was raised in Brooklyn, NY. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration. His passion for helping others was ignited in 2008, working as a community nutritionist for companies such as Food Bank of NYC and WIC Clinic at Brooklyn Hospital Center. Dimitry has also held chief clinical dietitian and director of food service positions. In March 2020, Dimitry joined the Hamlet, a CareRite sister facility, in an assistant administrator capacity. He obtained vital experience working through the pandemic to prepare him for an administrative leadership career. Now, Dimitry has proudly joined the Grand Pavilion team as Administrator. He looks forward to carrying out the CareRite mission to ensure the Grand Pavilion community will provide exceptional, genuine care and customer service. Dimitry's outlook on client care is simple, "treat every person as if they were your family." Dimitry currently lives in Queens, NY, with his amazing wife. He enjoys staying active and traveling.
