Edward Stein
Director of Support/Building Services
Edward Stein joined the Grand Pavilion in October of 1997 as the Director of Support/Building services. In this capacity, he oversees all operations that include: Building Maintenance, Safety and Security, Central Supply/Purchasing, Environmental Services, Information Technology Services and Laundry Services. His management career started in 1986 when he worked as an operations/office manager for 320 employees at Baxter Travenol, an IT software company. In 1990, Ed worked at the Winthrop University Hospital as the Operations Manager overseeing the Dietary and Environmental services department. His educational background includes business management which has served him well throughout his professional career.
