Manny Linares
Concierge / Assistant Administrator

Manny graduated with a Master's in Health Administration and Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership from Fordham University. His favorite part of his job is serving our residents and seeing action plans come to fruition. He has nearly 20 years in full-time maintenance roles, the last 11 which have been at Fordham University. The Jesuit focus on Holistic education, with an emphasis on care and service, drove him to pursue a career in service to the marginalized. Throughout his MHA coursework, the senior population stood out as one of the most underserved and he felt a drive to be an agent of change for this community. As the Baby Boomers now become our Senior Boomers, there is an exponential growth in the number of seniors he believes we must care for and it is our responsibility as a society to ensure that our loved ones age with dignity and love. While he may not be able to change the world, he hopes to change the lives of those he interacts with during some of the most difficult times they are dealing with. He loves spending time with his wife and three children and time at church serving through the music ministry and Royal Rangers where he mentors youth on Friday nights. He started at GP in Central Supply and immediately felt the love of the building. In his new role, he has connected with many people within the Concierge network and he already feels the love from the entire organization and is excited for his future here at The Grand Pavilion and CareRite Centers as a whole!
