Susan Hoffman, RN

Susan is a registered nurse (RN) and is a 1977 graduate of Nassau Community College. Susan has professional acute experiences in medical and surgical nursing, as well as the emergency department. Additionally, Susan has experience with corporate nursing with Medtronic cardio care. Susan has been diligently working in the field of long-term care and subacute short-term rehabilitation for over 20 years as a registered nurse, risk manager, educator, and infection prevention. Susan strongly believes in compassionate, patient-centered care, with active communication between all team members. Susan enjoys her free time at home with her mom and family. She enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, and making efforts with her husband of 33 years to visit all of our national parks! Susan states that “together we make a great difference in the life of many.”
