Tara attended the University of Rhode Island where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, then going on to complete her dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, in Nashville, TN. She has been a practicing Registered Dietitian since 2019, starting her career at a Medical Center as a clinical dietitian where she helped her patients recover from surgeries and various conditions. Tara has a strong passion for the field of nutrition. At the Grand Pavilion, she strives to help individuals have a healthy relationship with food, and emphasizes the importance of fueling the body properly for healing. One of her favorite quotes is, “Nutrition is the only remedy that can bring full recovery and can be used with any treatment. Remember, food is our best medicine.”
