How did this patient hear about Grand Pavilion? Internet

Patient is a 74 y/o presented to the hospital after a surgery in her back. She came to the Grand Pavilion for rehab so she can return to her prior level of functioning. When she first arrived here she expected to be transferred to another facility originally and she was not very happy to be at the Grand Pavilion, but as a team approach her goals were met earlier than expected. Therapy was very aggressive in rendering her individualized therapy goals. She was very cooperative during all of her sessions and was discharged home earlier than expected. She was very pleased and happy that she chose to tough it out with us even if we were not her 1st choice.
-J. Tasero (Director of Rehab)

Patient enjoyed a daily visit from our Spanish speaking recreation staff who visited her every morning to update her on recreation happenings of the day. She enjoyed social activities, music programs and utilizing her tablet to communicate with her families and friends from the community. She spent time on the patio enjoying the fresh air while she completed her rehabilitation program. We will surely miss her, and thank you for giving us a chance to like us!
